Hattayer, who has worked with people who have autism in various capacities for more than 25 years, said NSD, lost a major contract with a Toronto-based foundation after this foundation had its charitable status revoked. Under the contract, NSD was to receive $190,000 each year for 25 years. That represented one quarter of the organization’s funding, according to NSD. |
